Staying connected to our parents is very important. Teachers2Parents is our main way of communicating with parents. It is an online system which can send messages directly to your email or mobile phone. 

Text Messages

Text messages can be sent to individual parents/ carers, group texts and whole school texts. 

We use this system to inform, remind and communicate important messages.

This is also an important way to communicate any urgent messages when phone calls may be missed.

Email

 As well as text messages, emails are a regular way to communicate more information that can fit into a text.

We will use email to send school letters, posters, information and our weekly newsletter.

Parents Evening

Teachers2Parents also provides a way for parents to book into their child's parents evening appointment. In the Autumn Term and Spring Term a Parent's Evening is set up for parents to find out about their child's learning and progress. Prior to this event a text and email is sent out to parents via a booking system. Each parent can book one slot with their child's teacher. Following the booking, this system sends regular reminders of the day and time of appointment via email prior to the Parents Evening event.

School Money

School Money is part of the Teacher2Parent system and is our cashless way of paying for meals, trips, events, Wraparound Care and clubs. Parents are text a log in to the secure site to pay for their invoice. Any problems with paying online please speak to our Finance Secretary.
